The answer

It is stated in the Hadith that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no servant whom Allah entrusts with a flock, and he dies on the day he dies while betraying his flock, except that Allah will forbid Paradise for him."

And in a narration by Muslim: "There is no ruler who takes charge of the affairs of Muslims, then does not strive for their well-being and advise them, except that he will not enter Paradise with them."

The betrayal of a shepherd towards his flock means his dereliction of what Allah has obligated upon him regarding the care of their religious and worldly affairs. This includes everyone who is entrusted with the guardianship of others, whether he is a leader, a man in his home, or a guardian over his children. Everyone is a shepherd and is responsible for his flock.

Guardianship means preservation and protection, and betrayal is the opposite of sincere advice.
