How is the inheritance divided among: two sons, one grandson, one daughter, four granddaughters, and four full sisters?

If the deceased left behind only his two sons and one daughter, then their inheritance is by ta’sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females. The sisters and the grandsons and granddaughters through the son receive nothing, as they are excluded by the son through exclusionary heirship (hajb hirman). The inheritance is divided into five shares: two shares for each son and one share for the daughter. We emphasize that matters of inheritance are serious and complex, and merely relying on a fatwa (definition) is insufficient. Instead, the matter must be referred to the Sharia (definition) courts for investigation, as there might be another heir, bequests, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
