What is the ruling on ceasing to seek sacred knowledge due to the unavailability of trustworthy scholars and accessible means, and being content with not affirming or denying the validity of a speaker's words unless there is certainty of their error or innovation, out of fear of speaking about God without knowledge?

Allah is established on the Throne in a manner befitting His Majesty. He is self-sufficient, in no need of the Throne or anything else besides Him. The Throne is borne by Allah's power, and it is He who sustains the Throne and those who bear it. One must seek religious knowledge according to their capacity as a Muslim. They should learn what is impermissible to be ignorant of, such as matters of creed and obligatory jurisprudence. They should strive to learn from trustworthy scholars who adhere to the Sunnah, while avoiding their errors. They should also supplicate to Allah to grant them beneficial knowledge and righteous deeds.
