Will a person in Paradise get what they loved in this world, such as planes and airports if they loved them?
Paradise contains everything that souls desire and eyes delight in. This includes matters related to flying. It has been reported in a hadith that martyrs are in the crops of green birds in Paradise, roaming wherever they wish. And Ja'far ibn Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with him, flies in Paradise with two wings. The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, was asked about the presence of horses in Paradise, and he replied that whoever Allah admits into Paradise, will not wish to be carried therein upon a horse of red ruby that flies with him wherever he wishes.
It is apparent that a person flying by themselves is more profound than flying by means of an intermediary, and flying with horses in Paradise is more profound than airplanes.
Allah Almighty said: "And therein is whatever souls desire and eyes delight in," and "They will have therein whatever they wish." And the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "I have prepared for My righteous servants what no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no human heart has conceived."
However, asserting the existence of airplanes and airports in Paradise is part of the knowledge of the unseen, which requires evidence.
So, whoever Allah admits into Paradise will have therein whatever their soul desires and their eye delights in.
