Is paying an additional sum to the tailor to expedite the completion of a garment considered a bribe?

There is no harm in paying extra riyals to expedite the tailoring of a dress, as long as it does not lead to delaying the dresses of other women. Otherwise, it falls under the warning mentioned in the Hadith: "Allah curses the one who bribes and the one who accepts bribes in judgment."
