The answer

Belittling the matter to oneself and contemplating His, the Almighty's, saying: "{And it may be that you dislike a thing while it is good for you}." For in patience through affliction are praiseworthy outcomes, and the believer's entire affair is good. Looking at those who are less afflicted helps one to be patient and shows them the greatness of Allah's blessings upon them. Suicide is a chronic disease that increases misery, and whoever kills himself will be tormented in the fire of Hell, abiding therein eternally. It is advised to increase in the remembrance of Allah and obedience to Him, to associate with the righteous, to resume life, and to consult specialized doctors.
