Will the believer's wish be fulfilled in Paradise to be a leader of an Islamic army to liberate Jerusalem and fight the Jews, take their women captive, and seize spoils, or to liberate any other infidel country, knowing that jihad is one of the most beloved deeds to Allah, and that the believer attains what he wishes for in Paradise?

Allah Almighty grants the people of Paradise everything they desire, with the exception of returning to the worldly life. As for other matters for which there is no evidence from the Qur’an or Sunnah, their occurrence cannot be definitively affirmed, because Paradise is among the matters of the unseen. The believer should be primarily concerned with entering Paradise, where they will find delights that no human heart has ever conceived, and all their wishes will be fulfilled without any disturbance.
