This report has not been narrated, and its meaning contradicts the authentic hadith transmitted by Muslim on the authority of Anas ibn Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, which states that Jibreel (peace be upon him) sought permission to open the third heaven while with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). When it was opened for them, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) found Yusuf (peace be upon him), who had been given half of all beauty.
