The answer

It is not permissible to rent out mosque minarets to telecommunications companies for placing network boosters, nor to rent out mosque courtyards to banks for placing ATMs. This is because mosques were built solely for the worship of Allah Almighty, such as prayer, remembrance (dhikr), and seeking knowledge. Utilizing them for other purposes contradicts the very aim for which they were built. Allah Almighty says: (And verily, the mosques are for Allah, so invoke not anyone along with Allah). Furthermore, it was reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that mosques are only for the remembrance of Allah, prayer, and recitation of the Quran, and he forbade buying and selling within them.
