Do the brothers and mother of the husband inherit land that the husband's father registered in the husband's name?

A man writing down a portion of his property in the name of one of his heirs has two scenarios:

First Scenario: It is a will, meaning the heir receives it after the man's death. This is a bequest to an heir, which is not permissible in Islamic law unless the other heirs approve it. Second Scenario: It is an immediate gift (hiba najiza) during his lifetime, such that the recipient takes possession of it during the giver's lifetime and the giver relinquishes control over it. If this is completed, it falls under the ruling of a gift and does not become part of the inheritance. With the obligation to be just among children in gifts and endowments.
