What is the right of the people against someone who committed a sin with a married woman and promised marriage to girls without intending to, then repented with sincere repentance?

Whoever owes a right to people must fulfill it in this life before death, as it is established in the hadith (definition) that injustices are either taken from one's good deeds or added to one's bad deeds. This includes financial and moral rights, such as transgressing against wealth or honor. Betraying a man in his family is dangerous, especially if her husband is a mujahid, as the betrayer could lose all of his good deeds. Repentance for a human right requires obtaining clearance from the right holder, by returning the money, asking for forgiveness, or seeking their permission. As for the promise of marriage, it is less severe, and the majority of scholars consider it recommended, not obligatory. However, promising with the intention not to fulfill it is a lie, and its حرمة (prohibition/sacredness) increases if it causes harm to others or is a means to something forbidden. Sincere repentance is the solution.
