Is it permissible to give usurious money as charity to parents to pay off their debts?

There is no harm in paying off the parents' debt from usurious interest if they are unable to pay, with the caveat that depositing money in usurious institutions is forbidden due to it assisting them, unless it is out of necessity when Islamic banks are not available.
