What is the ruling on profiting from internet advertisements, and what are the conditions for advertising them if it is permissible to profit from them?

Advertising on the internet, television, radio, newspapers, and similar platforms is permissible in principle because it is a form of ijarah (leasing/hiring), and ijarah is permissible if the conditions for a valid ijarah contract are met. Among these conditions is that the leased benefit must be permissible. Therefore, it is not permissible to advertise gambling competitions, alcohol consumption, and other similar forbidden things.
