Al-Jawwad is one of the beautiful names of Allah, as indicated by the Sunnah of the Prophet, such as in the Hadith: "Indeed, Allah is Jawwad (Most Generous), He loves generosity," which was authenticated by Al-Albani. It is permissible to be named "Abd Al-Jawwad."
