The answer

First: If a man dies and leaves a wife and two sons, the wife receives one-eighth (187,500 out of 1,500,000); as Allah Almighty says: (But if you have a child, then for them [the wives] is one eighth of what you leave, after any bequest you [may have] made or debt). The two sons receive the remainder (each son 656,250).

Second: If the wife dies and leaves three sons and one daughter, her inheritance is divided among them, with the male receiving the equivalent of the share of two females; as Allah Almighty says: (Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females). If her inheritance is her share from the building (187,500), then each son's share is 53,571.4, and the daughter's share is 26,785.7.

The total share of each son from the owner of the building (his father and mother) would be 709,821.4 (656,250 from the father + 53,571.4 from the mother).
