The answer

The aforementioned drawing is impermissible and is one of the reprehensible acts, due to the generality of the authentic hadiths indicating the prohibition of depicting any living being, such as his (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Allah has cursed the picture-maker," and his saying: "The people who will be most severely punished on the Day of Resurrection are the picture-makers," and "Indeed, the makers of these images will be punished on the Day of Resurrection, and it will be said to them: 'Give life to what you have created.'" Nothing is exempted from this except what necessity dictates, for Allah the Almighty says: "And He has already explained to you what He has forbidden to you, except for that to which you are compelled."
