Is it permissible to forge a lease agreement to obtain housing allowance from the employer, given that the current residence is not documented by a lease agreement?

It is impermissible to present a forged contract to the employer, because lying and bearing false witness are among the grave sins that are forbidden. If it is possible to reside in an independent apartment and the spouses pay the slight increase, that is safer. However, if it is possible to obtain a housing allowance through a

fictitious contract, that is permissible, provided that the value stated in the contract is the actual rental value. It must be noted that residing in the apartment of an acquaintance is not permissible if it leads to unlawful seclusion (khalwa (definition)) or prohibited mixing.
