Are there books that collect the hadith of each narrator among the narrators of hadith?

Hadith scholars adopted diverse methodologies in their compilations, and among them, the collection of narrations by each narrator separately was not common, except in specific cases, the most important of which are:

- Collecting the narrations of the Companions in "Musnads" like "Musnad Imam Ahmad."

- Collecting the hadiths of some prolific narrators such as Al-Zuhri and Malik, as in "Ahadith Al-Zuhri" by Al-Dhuhli.

- Collecting specific narrations for some narrators, such as "Awali Imam Malik."

In contemporary efforts, researchers have tended to collect the narrations of specific narrators on a particular topic, such as "Imam Al-Zuhri's Narrations on Military Expeditions (Maghazi)."

This type of classification is beneficial for specialists in research and scrutiny, while it is not suitable for the general public or the student of knowledge seeking jurisprudence, as the most appropriate for them are compilations arranged by scientific chapters, such as Sahih Al-Bukhari, the Sunan collections, and compilations whose chains of narration (asanid) have been omitted, such as "Riyadh As-Salihin."
