Does the son of a deceased brother inherit from his paternal uncle if his father (the brother of the deceased) is deceased?

The wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of the two daughters, and they receive two-thirds. The remainder is for the sister by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship) if she is a full sister or a paternal sister. The children of the brothers inherit nothing because the sister blocks them. However, if the sister is a maternal sister, she receives nothing as she is blocked by the two daughters, and the remainder goes to the brothers' children, to be divided equally among them.
