The answer

The sounds emitted from the abdomen do not invalidate ablution, unless the Muslim is certain that wind or a sound has exited from the anus. This is because one who is certain of his ritual purity remains in that state until he is certain it has ceased. The proof for this is what was narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim from Abdullah bin Zayd and Abu Hurairah that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "He should not leave (his prayer) until he hears a sound or perceives an odor."
