When is the fasting person's supplication answered?

The supplication of a fasting person is answered. Two hadiths have been narrated from the Prophet, peace be upon him, regarding this matter: The first, "The fasting person when he breaks his fast," meaning at the time of his breaking fast. And the second, "The fasting person until he breaks his fast," meaning throughout his fasting period. It is preferable to err on the side of caution and strive in supplication during fasting and at the time of breaking fast.
