The answer

Using satellite dishes, smoking shisha, gambling, using obscene language, and looking at unveiled women are all forbidden (haram). Anyone who commits these acts, aids in them, or approves of them is sinful. Opening a café where these vices are practiced is forbidden, and the money earned from it is also forbidden, based on the Almighty's saying: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression), and His saying: (Indeed, you would then be like them). If your father has another permissible (halal) source of income, then his money is mixed. It is permissible to eat from it out of necessity, but it is more pious to abstain.
