Are a bride's recurring dreams, seeing the Angel of Death, and thoughts of death accompanied by strange behaviors, considered signs or indications of an approaching end, even though only Allah knows the unseen?

Interpreting dreams is not within our specialized knowledge. Diligence in seeking marriage is commendable for a woman at this age. It is permissible for her to offer herself, through her mahrams (unmarriageable kin), to a man whose religiosity and character are pleasing, just as a woman offered herself to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Similarly, Umar ibn al-Khattab offered his daughter Hafsa to Uthman, and then to Abu Bakr. And the righteous man offered one of his two daughters to Musa, peace be upon him. As for what was mentioned about the Angel of Death, it does not necessarily imply the proximity of death. There are no signs of death other than symptoms of illness. One must always remember death while realizing that the appointed time of death is fixed, neither advancing nor delaying.
