The answer

If a Muslim sneezes and praises Allah, he is to be told "May Allah have mercy on you" (Yarhamuk Allah), based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "If one of you sneezes and praises Allah, then say to him, 'May Allah have mercy on you.' But if he does not praise Allah, then do not say it to him."

And his (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "If one of you sneezes and praises Allah, it becomes a duty upon every Muslim who hears him to say to him, 'May Allah have mercy on you.'"
