The answer

The interpretation of the verse: (وَالسَّمَاءِ ذَاتِ الْحُبُكِ) means the heaven with paths in which the planets move, or the beauty of its creation, its adornment, and its stars. It was also said to refer to the seventh heaven or the clouds. And the interpretation of the verse: (قُتِلَ الْخَرَّاصُونَ) means those who are doubtful, or soothsayers, or those who fabricate lies against the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. Its meaning is a supplication against them.
