What is the difference between obsessive-compulsive disorder and falling into the doctrine of the Khawārij? Are the Khawārij Muslims? And why did Ibn Bāz declare them disbelievers, considering the issue of "lāzim al-madhhab" (the implication of a doctrine)? What is the meaning of "they will pass through Islam and then not return to it"? Are their deeds accepted and will they be rewarded for them?

Abandon these intrusive thoughts and pay them no mind. As long as you do not deem any Muslim an infidel for a sin that is not an act of disbelief, then you are not upon the path of the Khawarij. Believe that whoever professes the two testimonies of faith and has not committed an act that nullifies them is a Muslim. Scholars differ regarding the disbelief of the Khawarij, and the majority view is that they are not disbelievers. Repel these intrusive thoughts and convince yourself that you are upon the methodology of the Ahl al-Sunnah.
