The answer

If the deceased leaves behind only male descendants, then his two wives receive one-eighth as their prescribed share, to be divided equally between them, due to the presence of a lineal descendant, as Allah Almighty says: "But if you have a child, then for them is one-eighth of what you leave, after any bequest you [may have] made or debt." The remainder goes to the sons and the daughter by way of ta'sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, as Allah Almighty says: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females."

The inheritance is divided into 160 shares: the two wives receive 20 shares (10 for each), each son receives 14 shares, and each daughter receives 7 shares. It is advisable to consult Sharia courts regarding matters of inheritance.
