The answer

The agreed-upon conditions in a marriage contract must be fulfilled, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The conditions most worthy of fulfillment are those by which you make intimate relations lawful." However, this does not apply to a condition that leads to something forbidden, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions, as long as they conform to the truth." So, if the wife's education will lead to something forbidden, such as intermingling (free mixing of sexes), the husband is not obliged to fulfill this condition. Nevertheless, he should not be excessively harsh in preventing her unless the harm is certain or highly probable. It is advisable for both spouses to communicate and seek alternative solutions, such as homeschooling or studying in non-mixed universities.
