Will a wife be held accountable if she refrains from sexual intercourse out of fear of diseases, knowing that her husband engages in anal intercourse with his other wife?

Anal intercourse is forbidden and considered a grave sin (kabirah). It is not permissible for a wife to obey her husband if he desires it, for obedience is only in what is good (ma'ruf). As for a wife refusing her husband if he requests intercourse in the permissible place, this is not allowed except for a legitimate Shar'i excuse such as illness, menstruation, an obligatory fast, or harm that would befall her from intercourse. If a man's intercourse causes diseases, according to a doctor's report, then the wife may refuse. However, if it is merely a possibility or a delusion, then refusal is not permissible.
