The answer

Iblis whispers to the children of Adam, as stated in His, the Almighty's, saying: "He said, 'By Your might, I will surely mislead them all.'" The Qareen (companion jinn) also whispers to the son of Adam, as stated in His, the Almighty's, saying: "And We appointed for them companions who made attractive to them what was before them and what was behind them," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no one among you except that his Qareen from among the jinn has been appointed to him." When seeking refuge from Satan, the intent is the generality of the jinn devils who whisper to the children of Adam, including Iblis and the Qareen who beautify things for people.
