What is the ruling on movements and crackling sounds from the anus without certainty of gas emission, especially if this occurs during ablution and prayer, and given the problem of flatulence and incomplete defecation? What should one do when withholding gas for fear of defecation, and is it necessary to be certain that something has been expelled? What is the ruling on blood resulting from wounds due to skin diseases, and must it be washed and removed from clothing?

Mere imagination of a movement or a popping sound in the anus, without verification, does not invalidate ablution, because a confirmed state of purity is only invalidated by certainty of hadath (event that breaks ablution). This is based on the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "He should not leave (his prayer) until he hears a sound or perceives a smell." If you are certain that gases have been expelled after ablution or during prayer, then it is invalidated, unless their expulsion is continuous, in which case the ruling of sals (incontinence) applies. It is not necessary to check for the expulsion of stool after holding in gases, and it is advised to disregard such waswas (whispers/obsessive thoughts). It is permissible to recite the Quran by heart or from a device without ablution, and ablution is only required for reciting from the Mushaf (physical copy of the Quran). Flowing blood from wounds is excused and does not need to be washed from the body or clothing if it flows on its own, especially if it is minimal.
