Who is entitled to the pension of a deceased man who died along with his mother in a bombing incident, and he has a divorced wife, four daughters, one son, brothers and sisters, and his father died before him?

We have previously clarified in several fatwas that a retirement pension can be part of the inheritance and is to be divided among the legal heirs according to Islamic law. The method of division cannot be determined until the heirs are properly identified. It may also be a grant from the issuing authority, in which case it belongs to those whom that authority designates.
