What is the text of the Prophet's hadith, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, regarding not following the planet by observation in cases of solar and lunar eclipses?

No legal text has been transmitted that prohibits looking at the sun during an eclipse. However, if medical harm is proven, then looking at it becomes forbidden. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, clarified that the solar and lunar eclipses are two signs among the signs of Allah, by which He frightens His servants, and they are not for the death or life of anyone. So, if you see them, supplicate and pray until they clear.
