Does revealing my friend's secrets, after repenting of the sin, count as revealing her secret and wronging her?

Disclosing a secret is forbidden (haram (definition)) if it leads to harm, because it is an act of betrayal and injustice, whether committed by you or your friend. Al-Ghazali described the disclosure of a secret as betrayal and forbidden if it causes harm, and baseness if it does not. As for Al-Mawardi, he stated that revealing another person's secret is uglier than revealing one's own, because it involves betrayal and tale-bearing (namima). Therefore, one must repent to Allah, seek forgiveness from the friend, and advise her to repent and pardon what transpired from her.
