The answer

"Praise be to Allah and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family, and companions. As for what follows:

It is mentioned in authentic hadiths that whoever takes charge of the affairs of the Muslims and does not strive and advise for their sake will not enter Paradise with them. In another hadith, it is said that whoever takes charge of the affairs of ten people or more will come on the Day of Resurrection shackled, and will either be released by his righteousness or destroyed by his sin. Leadership at its beginning is blame, in its middle is regret, and in its end is disgrace on the Day of Resurrection.

And Allah knows best."
