The answer

If a worshipper sneezes, they should praise God silently, not out loud, so as not to disturb other worshippers. This is the view of the majority of scholars. The general statement of the Prophet, peace be upon him, supports this: "When one of you sneezes, let him say: All praise is due to Allah." Also, what was narrated by Rifa'ah ibn Rafi', may Allah be pleased with him: "I prayed behind the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, and I sneezed, so I said: All praise is due to Allah, much good, blessed praise, blessed upon it, as our Lord loves and is pleased." As for saying "Yarhamuk Allah" (May Allah have mercy on you) to someone who sneezes during prayer, it is not permissible, because it is considered part of people's speech.
