How is the inheritance distributed among the aforementioned heirs, given the deceased's debts?

The heirs of the deceased are: his parents, his wife, and his sons and daughters only. There is nothing for the brothers or their children, as they are excluded by the father and the children. After settling the debts, the inheritance is divided as follows: the wife gets one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, and each of the parents gets one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant. The remainder is distributed among the children by ta'sib, with the male receiving the share of two females. Inheritance issues must be brought before the Sharia (definition) courts for investigation to ensure the rights of the heirs and the deceased.
