What is the ruling on working for an institution that invests in all types of stocks, including banking stocks?

The predominant characteristic of stock investment institutions is their non-adherence to Sharia (definition). Working in them is impermissible due to its involvement in cooperating in sin and aggression, based on the Almighty's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty." It is advisable to seek another job free from Sharia violations, for whoever fears Allah, He will make for him a way out and provide for him from where he does not expect.
