What is the ruling regarding a woman who applied perfume before cutting her hair during Umrah?

If a female in a state of ihram (definition) applies perfume, knowing it is forbidden and remembering her ihram, she has one of three options: fasting for three days, feeding six poor persons, or sacrificing a sheep to be distributed among the poor of the Haram (definition). However, if she applies perfume out of forgetfulness or ignorance of the ruling, there is nothing upon her, and she should seek Allah's forgiveness.
