If something exits the deceased after their ritual washing, then repeating the ghusl is not obligatory. Rather, only the removal of that impurity is necessary. This is because the deceased is no longer subject to religious obligations (mukallaf), and just as the exit of an impurity from a living person after their ghusl does not invalidate it, so too for the deceased.
