The answer

These discharges are vaginal fluids. They are pure (tahira) but invalidate ablution (wudu'). If these discharges are continuous and their time does not cease for a period long enough to perform purification and prayer, then their ruling is that of سلس ( سلس البول - سلس الريح - سلس الإفرازات ). One must perform ablution after the entry of the prayer time, and the ablution remains valid despite the exit of the discharges until the prayer time expires. There is no need to track their exit or repeat the prayer after performing it. One may pray as many obligatory and supererogatory prayers as desired with this ablution.
