Is it correct to name Surat Al-Isra as (Children of Israel) "Bani Israel" and what is the wisdom behind that?

Surat Al-Isra was named Surat "Bani Isra'il" (Children of Israel) in authentic narrations from the Companions. Al-Bukhari reported from Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, who said concerning Bani Isra'il and other surahs: "They are among the first, ancient ones, and they are from my acquired treasures." Likewise, Al-Tirmidhi reported from 'Aisha that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, "would not sleep until he had recited Bani Isra'il and Az-Zumar."

Scholars have mentioned that the naming of the surah as Surat "Bani Isra'il" was the most common during the era of the Companions and the Tabi'in, due to the detailed recounting therein of the story of Bani Isra'il and their corruption on Earth.
