Is it permissible to replace music with the duff (tambourine) while retaining the lyrics of popular love and romantic songs at Islamic weddings, knowing that the original ruling permits listening to songs accompanied by the duff at women's weddings?

Among the Sunnah (definition) regarding marriage is to publicize it, to have amusement, to beat the duff (tambourine), and permissible singing. In summary: it should be among women, or men, or the couple, with permissible words that contain no obscenity or vulgarity, and without wind instruments or other musical instruments. As for romantic poetry (ghazal), scholars have permitted it with conditions, among them: that it contains no obscenity, that the one being praised is either unidentifiable or is the wife of the one reciting the poetry, and that it does not mention her body parts that ought to remain concealed. If the forbidden elements are removed and the singing is free from them, it is considered permissible.
