Is it permissible to wear an "isdal" with wrist coverings that cover the forearm and a head covering?

We do not know the description of the attire mentioned, but there are legitimate Sharia (definition) guidelines for the Muslim woman's dress: It must cover the entire body except for the face and hands, it should not be an adornment in itself, it must be thick and not transparent, it should be loose-fitting and not tight, it should not be perfumed or scented, it should not resemble men's clothing, it should not resemble the clothing of infidel women, and it should not be a garment of fame. These conditions are obligatory for a Muslim woman in her attire when she leaves her home, and they apply to any clothing.
