The question

What is the ruling of the Sharia regarding someone who sinned against girls, then repented, but was unable to contact them to seek forgiveness except for one who forgave him, and he believes that most of this happened before puberty? Is he still sinful for that, and what if they committedZina?

The answer

We ask Allah to accept your repentance and make you steadfast upon it. There is no sin upon you for what you did before puberty, because the pen is lifted from the child until he reaches puberty. Be keen on remaining firm in repentance by cutting off communication with girls and do not listen to the whisperings of Satan. If they commit something unlawful, there is no responsibility upon you.
